Welcome to your at home workouts! You can rent any single class for 24 hours from purchase and during that time, you can do that workout as many times as you want to!

You can also purchase a weekly package. These are valid for 7 days from purchase date and have a variety of workouts you can take part in!

​

No need for external programs or apps to play the workouts, they will open on your screen directly from the website once purchased, wherever you are in the world!

​

Please ensure before starting your at home workout that you check that your workout space is safe and clear of anything that may cause injury or harm. Tuck away loose cables, check for spillages and remove a rug if down to avoid slipping. Ensure you are wearing correct workout attire including trainers and have plenty of water available to stay hydrated.

Complete the workouts from start to finish including the warm ups and cool downs. Modify if required to work with physical limitations or injuries and before starting any new program, consult with a GP or health practitioner. If you have any questions, please contact me before starting.

Before completing any online workout, please click on the following links to fill out the PAR-Q health questionnaire and the online workout home safety questionnaire. They will take you to Google Forms and will take less than a minute to complete.

HOW TO ACCESS YOUR PURCHASED CLASS

Scroll through the classes and once you've chosen the class you'd like to do, click on the "Rent" or "£" symbol.

​

At checkout, log in if you are a site member and if not, sign up. You will need to be logged into the website to access your video.

​

Upon purchase, you will not receive an external link but instead, the video you've selected will unlock below and will play directly on this web page for 24 hours. Even if you leave the website completely, all you'll need to do is log back in by clicking "sign in" via the three little dots on the top right side of the video channel you purchased from and you'll have access once again to your class until the 24 hours expires.

Weekly packages operate in the same way. You will need to subscribe to the package and pay the weekly plan amount of £12.50. This is a one off payment and will not sign you up for beyond the 1 week access. Your week will run from the day of purchase and can be purchased on any day of the week.

For both single classes and weekly packages, you can complete the workouts as many times as you wish for the duration of the rental period!
