I have a diverse background in various areas of fitness and wellness. Starting as a fitness instructor, I quickly discovered my innate ability to motivate and inspire others to lead healthier lives. As a personal trainer, I honed my skills in developing personalised fitness programs tailored to each individual's needs, ensuring optimal results and client satisfaction.

In my pursuit of holistic well-being, I expanded my expertise to become a SOMA Breathwork Coach to support my experience as a Nutritional Therapist. Understanding the intricate connection between mind, body, and nutrition, I provide my clients with comprehensive guidance to enhance their overall health and vitality.

What sets me apart is my specialisation in additional holistic approaches such as breathwork cold water therapy. By harnessing the power of these, I work with individuals to tap into their inner resilience, both physically and mentally. This unique approach has been embraced by those seeking to optimise their performance and well-being.

Driven by my unwavering dedication to helping others, I have embarked on an exciting new venture, advancing my trainings into women-specific and menopause-related fitness and wellness.
