Service Description

Our Saturday morning class fuses two awesome low impact body conditioning workouts! We start with Seduto - combining chair and mat work, you will use your body weight as resistance and work through a series of routines to an awesome soundtrack! There will be options to simplify or progress using light hand weights. We’ll then progress to Reptro – our 80s and 90s music themed weights workout where we’ll continue working on muscle strength, endurance and tone and sing along to some classics in the process! The final section of the class before the cool down will feature floor work that uses both body weight and hand weights to strengthen the core – working towards good posture and support of the lower back. This class will suit anyone looking to tone up, increase strength, improve posture and stamina. It’s challenging without being intense and I will guide you through the routines focusing on form and technique so that you get the best out of your time with me! You’ll need a mat and 2 small hand weights weighing between 1kg each – 2.5kg each. If you have weights at home, you can bring a couple of different weights but this is not essential. You can also use two small filled water bottles if you don’t have any weights.
