Meet My Fitness Community.

This is my fitness family and we have been going strong since 2010! Many of these ladies started out on their own, were new to the area or were even attending to support a friend and over time, through their kindness and ability to make anyone feel welcome, have stayed strong and stuck together for the duration!

These are more than just fitness classes. That weekly class is a break from the real world, some time to catch up with friends, offload and de-stress and get lost in the music! Even if your goal is weight loss and fitness, somehow, once the music gets going, it becomes more about how the classes make you feel and the lift you have on your way home! It's the people who attend that make that possible! The crazy noises made, funny one liners, freestyling or laughter when I forget the routine - these classes are such good fun!

This group of very special people will never make you feel intimidated and will never leave you feeling anxious or like you don't want to do the class again. Their support and enthusiasm along with mine makes my classes an experience you want to repeat and that is why so many of them have stayed with me from the start.

I am not about numbers through the door. I care that you get the best of me and the best experience in class. I want to see your confidence grow as you move from the dark corners of the back row to going full out in front row! I want to see you smile, sing all the wrong words to the tracks and smash your own fitness goals when you achieve something you didn't think you could!

I really care about each and every one of my class members and I am so grateful they make it possible for me to do a job that I love. We also love any excuse to get outside, dress up or throw a party!
