HOW DO I KNOW WHICH CLASS IS RIGHT FOR ME?

Here's a brief overview of what each class is about or you can take a look at the taster video by clicking on the 'In Person Classes' tab above.

ZUMBA - The ultimate feel good dance-fitness cardio class featuring music and dance styles from around the globe. Suitable for a variety of abilities and classes are truly like a fitness party!

IKON LITE (in person only) - Adapted from our original Ikon workout, we’ll be focusing on core strength, muscle and joint stability, improving strength, balance and muscle tone through a fusion of low impact standing and mat work

IKON (online only) - This high energy class combines various cardio and strength exercises from around the world including boxing, kick boxing, HIIT and floor based body conditioning exercises. It's a total body workout!

BOOT GROOVE® - A unique cardio fitness class inspired by the joys and energy of line dancing! Whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned stepper, this class is designed for all abilities - no prior experience required

SEDUTO FITNESS® - Combining chair and mat work, you will use your body weight as resistance and work through a series of routines to an awesome soundtrack! This class is low impact and is suitable for a variety of fitness levels.

REPTRO - Using free weights and body weight as resistance, this class will lead you through a series of exercises both standing and floor work to focus on creating tone and definition throughout the body to an awesome retro playlist!

YOGA (in person only) - Designed to be accessible to all levels, this class focuses on linking breath with flowing movements that help build strength, core stability, flexibility and mindfulness, leaving you feeling energised and centred for the day ahead.

MOVIDA (online only) - Based on your 'Strictly' favourites, this class uses the basic steps of dances including the waltz, jive, cha cha cha, samba, salsa, tango & Paso Doble to create a dance-fitness workout that's easy to follow and fun to take part in!​

CIRCL. MOBILITY (online only) - The mobility and flexibility program designed to help you move your body the way it's intended to. Based on the science of functional movement, CIRCL Mobility™ focuses on flexibility, breathwork, and mobility exercises.

SOMA BREATH (online only) - combines rhythmical breathing (breathing in beats), breath holds (holding the breath), and beautifully designed brainwave music to guide visualisations through meditations to create a dynamic, fun, and uplifting experience.

When booking each class, you'll be given information of any equipment that will be needed.
