Personal training with me is about creating sustainable change that fits into real life — not quick fixes, extremes or short bursts of motivation that don’t last.
Whether your goal is improving strength, fitness, confidence or overall wellbeing, I work with you to build a way of training and living that feels achievable, supportive and realistic long term.
With over 16 years’ experience in the fitness and wellbeing industry and a specialist focus in women’s health, I help people move away from cycles of starting over and towards consistency, understanding and confidence in their own ability.
My approach
No two people train the same way with me.
Sessions are shaped around you, your goals, your energy, your lifestyle and what is realistically sustainable outside of our time together.
Alongside the physical side of training, I place a strong focus on the habits, patterns and barriers that often sit underneath progress. This is where lasting change tends to come from, not just exercise alone.
My role is to support you in finding a way forward that feels structured but flexible, focused but not restrictive and challenging without being overwhelming.
What training with me feels like
This isn’t about walking into a generic workout. It’s about being met where you are on the day — physically and mentally and building from there.
Some sessions are about pushing forward and building strength. Others are about consistency, technique, mindset or simply showing up and maintaining momentum. Over time, the aim is always the same: to help you feel more confident in your body, more in control of your habits and more capable in your day-to-day life.
Support beyond training
Where helpful, I also incorporate nutritional guidance as part of a wider lifestyle approach. This is not about restriction or rigid plans, but about building a healthier relationship with food that supports your goals without taking over your life.
Everything is adapted to the individual — including lifestyle, preferences and any specific needs or considerations.

Emily's goal wasn't simply to lose weight. She wanted to feel stronger, improve her eating habits and create a healthier lifestyle that she could realistically maintain.
As a busy mum of three working from home, she'd fallen into the habit of skipping meals and relying on sugary snacks to keep her energy up throughout the day. Like many people, she struggled to make herself a priority.
Rather than overhauling her lifestyle, we focused on making small, sustainable changes that fitted around her daily routine. Over time, those changes became lasting habits.
Emily's journey is still evolving, but the progress she's made speaks for itself. More importantly, she's discovered a genuine enjoyment for exercise, feels stronger and more confident, and has learned how to fuel her body with foods she enjoys—including her favourite treats.

Sally first joined my Friday morning weights class in August 2021 after spotting us training outside training. The photo on the left was taken when she started.
At the beginning, even simple movements felt challenging. Sally struggled with her breathing during exercise, found getting down to the floor difficult and lived with frequent aches and pains.
There was never any expectation to keep up with everyone else — only to keep moving, work at her own pace and build confidence safely with the correct technique.
In September 2022, Sally began personal training with me. Together, we focused on making realistic, sustainable changes to her lifestyle rather than trying to overhaul it overnight.
The results have been life changing. Alongside significant weight loss, Sally experiences fewer aches and pains, improved breathing, greater strength and stamina, healthier blood sugar levels and has been able to reduce medication she once relied upon. Perhaps even more importantly, she's gained confidence in herself and what her body is capable of.
When Sally first joined me, she worried that her health left her particularly vulnerable if she became seriously ill. Today, she describes herself as feeling strong. She now attends a weekly running group and regularly takes part in her local Parkrun—something that once felt almost out of reach and became one of her personal goals from the very beginning.
Sally's journey is still continuing, but she's built something far more valuable than a transformation. She's created a lifestyle that supports the life she wants to live.

4 SESSIONS £160 (£40 PER HOUR) valid for 2 months
8 SESSIONS £280 (£35 PER HOUR) valid for 3 months
12 SESSIONS £380 (£31.66 PER HOUR) valid for 3 months
*PAY AS YOU GO SESSIONS ARE £50 PER HOUR
Training sessions are in the SK10 area.
Payments for any of the personal training packages are to be made upfront.
