Fitness, Nutrition & Wellbeing Services

Services provided by Aimee Hurlston Health - Wellbeing - Lifestyle may include exercise instruction, personal training, nutrition guidance, breathwork, lifestyle coaching and general wellbeing support.

These services are intended to educate, motivate and support clients in making informed lifestyle choices. They are not intended to diagnose, prescribe, treat or cure any medical condition.

Nutritional guidance is designed to support general health and wellbeing and should not replace advice provided by your GP, consultant, registered dietitian or other healthcare professional.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, recovering from surgery, managing a medical condition, taking prescription medication or have been advised to follow a specialist diet or exercise programme, you should seek appropriate medical clearance before participating.
